HISTORY

     The ELPIT conferences project started in September 2003. Since that time in interval every two years conferences are arranging in Togliatti State University and increasing the scale. In year of 2007 ELPIT conference has received the name of the international congress. It should be noted the high level of ELPIT-2009 and ELPIT-2011 congresses. The geography of ELPIT congresses participants is impressive: Italy, USA, France, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Swiss, Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia, and even South Africa and Mozambique... Presently Congress became the largest event in the field of ecology and of environmental and life protection in Russia (over 1500 participants).     
     ELPIT-2015 congress is promising to continue such good tradition and even to increase the range of participants. The Congress ELPIT-2017 will take place in Samara Scientific Center of RAS and in Togliatti State University. During the Congress will take place a number of symposia, seminars, workshops and round tables, exhibition "ECO-LEADER 2017", forum of young scientists and other events. Cultural program will include motor-vessel trip along the river Volga, congress banquet, bus excursion across to Togliatti city, excursions to the national Zhigulevsky reserve and national park "Samarskaya Luka". Samara Region is the real "heart of Russia", with unique places of Russian nature, mountains and forests of the national Zhigulevsky reserve, the sights of river Volga... Every participant will appreciate again the real charming of wonderful attraction of Middle Volga Russia and will try to understand again enigmatic "Russian spirit". Both scientific and cultural programs are promising to be very interesting.
     The Organizing and Scientific Committee is making all efforts to arrange again high quality and high representative Congress. We are sure that the congress official events, business contacts, cultural program, beautiful sights of Russia will enable to enjoy you and your partners and will make a progress in environmental engineering and in life.
